ALS was incorporated under Malaysian Companies Act 1965 0n 10th September 2001.

ALS is a subsidiary of Namida Group of companies jointly with other company as an organization. ALS was awarded a Direct Purchasing Agreement (DPA) from Malaysia’s Ministry of Defence in 1999 to supply non-proprietary spare parts for aircrafts belonging to Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF).
